Club Med &#8211; Germany Indirect Sales and Meetings &#038; Event Manager Head of BTB"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Germany Indirect Sales and Meetings &amp; Event Manager<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Head of BTB<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Purpose of the position\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Develop Indirect and M&amp;E channels\u2019 BV and sales contribution<\/p>\n<p>Embody Club Med Brand internally and externally<\/p>\n<p>Co-lead and manage the overall German team, in collaboration with the head of BTC.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Missions<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Mission 1 : Develop Indirect &amp; M&amp;E Sales in line with the upscale and segmentation strategy<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Participate in the country\u2019s Budget and Marketing &amp; Sales plan and build the Indirect &amp; M&amp;E channel budget &amp; sales plan<\/li>\n<li>Put into place a segmentation strategy in line with the strategy, identify the existing and potential agencies (BV, location and potential growth)<\/li>\n<li>Build and put into place a specific Indirect and M&amp;E commercial action plan with selected agencies (Indirect) &amp; clients (M&amp;E): e.g Indirect :product training, incentives, special offers, eductours, co-marketing actions, trip organizations, etc\u2026e.g. M&amp;E : application of the corporate procedure, process M&amp;E, trip organisation\u2026<\/li>\n<li>Recommend an annual promotional plan to support commercial strategy and business objectives<\/li>\n<li>Monitor closely sales performances, and adjust the action plan accordingly<\/li>\n<li>Ensure the Company\u2019s strategy is understood by the agencies and that the client database is updated regularly and correctly.<\/li>\n<li>Represent the Club Med brand and carry out relevant interviews in specific trade events.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Mission 2 : Monitor closely sales performances, and adjust the action plan accordingly<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Track and follow-up the cashed-in BV in collaboration with the RAF<\/li>\n<li>Monitor the budget and marketing costs in collaboration with the Customer Growth Marketing Manager<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Mission 3 : Prospect new M&amp;E clients and Indirect partners<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage all commercial and contractual relations with the Indirect partners and M&amp;E clients (negotiate contracts directly with the networks and supervise all contract signing)<\/li>\n<li>Identify appropriate clients based on relevant segmentation strategy and take prospect clients on village sites (if needed)<\/li>\n<li>Define, in accordance to the strategy of the BU and the Country appropriate levels of commission for Indirect partners<\/li>\n<li>Build sustainable and successful relations with the agencies in order to achieve a fast reliable growth<\/li>\n<li>Follow-up on final payments with Financial and Admin Manager and on customer satisfaction<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Mission 4 : In a multichannel strategy work in partnership with all other department managers<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Build a common action plan with the Call Centre (VIP line, incentives with agencies presentation, training\u2026), CMB (common clients\u2026) and Marketing (trade marketing\u2026)<\/li>\n<li>Help develop the B2B Sales skills of the call centre through various training programs<\/li>\n<li>Collect and share information with all the management team of the market, the competition, industry information, clients and product.<\/li>\n<li>Participate in the sales meeting: prepare sales analyses for the Indirect channel and recommend future actions and possible adjustments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Mission 5 : Manage sales team and develop their competencies in line with HR processes<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop team skills by identifying training needs, coaching and training team members<\/li>\n<li>Lead annual assessments and co-build with HR a development plan in line with business strategy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Contact : <a href=\"mailto:Estelle.Giraudeau@clubmed.com\">Estelle.Giraudeau@clubmed.com<\/a><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":11,"featured_media":0,"template":"","meta":{"_promoted":"","_job_location":"Frankfurt","_company_name":"Club Med","_company_website":"","_company_tagline":"","_company_twitter":"","_company_video":"","_filled":0,"_featured":0,"_remote_position":0,"_job_salary":"","_job_salary_currency":"","_job_salary_unit":""},"job-types":[90],"class_list":{"0":"post-2789","1":"job_listing","2":"type-job_listing","3":"status-publish","5":"job-type-jobs"},"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/centre-francais.de\/de\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-listings\/2789"}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/centre-francais.de\/de\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-listings"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/centre-francais.de\/de\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/job_listing"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/centre-francais.de\/de\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/11"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/centre-francais.de\/de\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=2789"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"job_listing_type","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/centre-francais.de\/de\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/job-types?post=2789"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
