Januar fand im CFB die deutsch-franz\u00f6sische Woche statt. Wir konnten zwei verschiedene Galettes des Rois probieren: die am meisten verbreitete Galette aus Bl\u00e4tterteig und Frangipane (Mandelcreme) und die fl\u00e4mische Galette aus Briocheteig und Mousseline-Creme. Gedreht wurde der Film 2022, w\u00e4hrend eines Austauschs, der vom Verein Graines de Jardin, der die Gemeinschaftsg\u00e4rten in der Ile-de-France entwickelt und unterst\u00fctzt und dem CFB, das das Weddinger Gemeinschaftsgartenprojekt Rote Beete ins Leben gerufen hat, organisiert wurde und zeigt den Aufenthalt von Mitgliedern der Pariser und Berliner Gemeinschaftsg\u00e4rten in beiden St\u00e4dte.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Die Gemeinschaftsg\u00e4rten in Paris und Berlin entstanden um die Jahrtausendwende und ihre Zahl ist seitdem stetig gestiegen. Obwohl sich die beiden Hauptst\u00e4dte in ihrer Geschichte, Entwicklung und Struktur stark unterscheiden, haben sie doch viele Gemeinsamkeiten. Der Dokumentarfilm erz\u00e4hlt von den Abenteuern der AustauschteilnehmerInnen und zeigt die Chancen und Schwierigkeiten mit denen die Gemeinschaftsg\u00e4rten konfrontiert sind.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Im Anschluss an den Film fand eine Podiumsdiskussion mit Alexandre Bocage, dem Tr\u00e4ger des Projekts Rote Beete und Mitgliedern des Vereins Graines de Jardins statt, um mit dem Publikum \u00fcber das Thema der urbanen Transformation zu diskutieren. Auf einer au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnlichen Reise begreifen sie, dass wir zutiefst mit allen anderen Arten verbunden sind und dass wir, wenn wir sie retten, auch uns selbst retten werden. Der Mensch glaubt, dass er sich von der Natur trennen kann, aber er ist die Natur.
